Private events at Casa Colibrís will feature curated menus designed specifically for groups.

Rather than offering our entire everyday menu, we’ll work from a selection of dishes that are easy to share and allow our kitchen and team to take great care of your guests.

Family-Style at the Table

Shared dishes served directly to your table for a relaxed, communal meal.

The Casa Table

A generous central table filled with a curated selection of dishes for guests to serve themselves throughout the gathering — perfect for breakfasts, brunches, lunches, celebrations, and more casual events.

Inspired by the way many gatherings come together around food in Mexico, The Casa Table is designed to feel abundant, informal, and welcoming.

Menus may include bakery and breakfast selections, Mexican dishes, tortilla-based favorites, coffee and beverages, desserts, seasonal specialties, and other items selected for the occasion.

WHEN CAN I HOST?

Private gatherings are available on select Sundays and Mondays, as well as after regular restaurant hours throughout the week.

Availability, minimum spend, menu options, and event details will vary depending on the date, time, group size, and type of gathering.
