Jessica works mostly behind the scenes, shaping the creative vision, design, storytelling, and community spirit of Casa Colibrís.

Her love of art, design, Mexican culture, and the stories behind the objects and traditions that surround us helped define the visual and emotional identity of the casa.

Together with Grecia, she envisioned Casa Colibrís as more than a restaurant — a place where food, culture, design, and community and friends naturally meet.
